NTABR Mission Statement

The mission of the North Tonawanda American Babe Ruth Baseball League is to provide the youth of our district the opportunity to play baseball in a fun, safe and organized league.

 

Our vision can be summarized as follows:

 

n        To promote skill development, teamwork, competition and proper conduct through the development of good coaches and support staff

 

n        To foster an air of cooperation among all participants in the NTABR experience including League Officers, Board Members, parents and friends and hence promote league stability

 

n        To work closely with our volunteer, community and government officials to provide a pleasant environment for our spectators and safe, well maintained fields for our players and coaches

 

n        To promote the Sportsmanship code of Babe Ruth League, which states:

 

Develop a strong, clean, healthy body, mind and soul.

Develop a strong urge for sportsman-like conduct.

Develop an understanding of and respect for the RULES.

Develop courage in defeat, tolerance and modesty in victory.

Develop control over emotions and speech.

Develop spirit of cooperation and team play.

Develop into real, true, CITIZENS.
